Steve Pierce, CEO

Steve was an AH-64 Apache armament technician and avionics technician for 10 years and from there moved into contract avionics and weapons systems modifications on US Army aircraft. His experience with maintaining the TADS/PNVS systems on AH-64 apaches and performing avionics modifications led him to performing FLIR EO/IR camera installations on rotor and fixed wing aircraft around the world. Steve has designed, assembled, tested, installed, and managed installation teams performing ISR modifications on everything from small light sport aircraft to Pakistani Navy Fokker F-27 MPA, Mexican Air Force Embraer ERJ-145 ISR aircraft, to King Air 350ER maritime patrol aircraft (MPA) for multiple foreign militaries and agencies. With long term relationships with US and Foreign Militaries, as well as most major suppliers of ISR mission equipment, Steve brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the company in regards to complex ISR & MPA platforms.
